The Adel DeSoto Minburn Community School District is seeking registered nurses interested in substituting for half or full days for the 2023-24 school year in 1 of our 5 buildings.

Requirements:
• Valid state license to practice as a registered nurse
• Certificate as public school nurse or any other certificate required by the state
Primary roles and Essential Functions of this teacher include:
• Administer first aid and medications
• Update & maintain accurate health records
• Observe students to detect health needs
• Assume authority, in the absence of a physician, for the care of a student or staff member who has suffered injury or emergency illness
• Facilitate normal development and positive student response to nursing interventions
• Promote health & safety
Daily Rate: $165.00
