School Counselor (Full Time):
 
Bow Elementaryl School is looking to hire a NH state certified full time school counselor to join our school counseling team.  The ideal candidate for this exciting and challenging position would be competent and willing to participate in the following broad areas:
 
• Knowledgeable about MTSS tiered structures and interventions

• Aware of current school counseling practices 

• Strong organizational skills

• Facile with technology and possess the ability to learn new digital applications

• Articulate and able to effectively communicate with students, staff and parents orally and in writing

• Willing to get involved in our community beyond the office, classroom and traditional school counseling environment

• Calm and rational in crisis situations with the ability to maintain professional boundaries and connect families with the appropriate resources

• Committed to being part of a team and highly collaborative

• Familiar and comfortable with the elementary school age group 

• Ability to teach in the classroom setting
