Responsibilies:
Independently performs all tasks associated with the execution of the District’s various benefit programs and assists with other Business Office tasks under the supervision of the Human Resource Manager and Payroll Manager.
Qualifications:
Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field required. A waiver of this requirement will be considered for those possessing a high level of experience and expertise in benefits. Five years of office experience with excellent grammatical, proofreading, computational, and computer skills required. Must possess a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, positive human relations skills, good judgment, exemplary follow through and organizational skills. Prior public school experience strongly preferred. Salary Range: $47,000 - $67,000 annually based upon candidate’s skills and experience.
