We require the following information for all Substitute Instructional Aides:
- Paraprofessional approval through the Lake County Regional Office of Education.
- Valid Paraprofessional Certificate for Illinois.
- Driver's License
- Social Security Card (if unavailable, passport or birth certificate will be required)
