Willmar Public Schools is currently seeking applicants for the position of Cardinal Place Aide. 
 
The Cardinal Place Aide provides safe and nurturing care for school-aged children before and after school hours. This position involves supervising students during activities, ensuring a positive and structured environment, and assisting with age-appropriate games and learning opportunities. The Cardinal Place Aide supports students’ social, emotional, and physical needs while fostering a positive atmosphere and building strong relationships with children and their families.

Benefits	Benefits for this position are limited due to the limited and variable nature of the role.  Benefits may be adjusted as the role becomes a long-term position.     Paid Time Off   Sick Leave/Earned Safe & Sick Time - Earn 1 hour for every 30 hours worked

Qualifications Required	Basic child development educational background or knowledge preferred. Willingness to work with and show respect for students. Ability to work independently. Demonstrated communication skills, patience, and flexibility. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to follow the Site Supervisor or Coordinator’s plan and direction, and communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents.

Willmar Public Schools is currently seeking applicants for the position of Elementary Special Education Coordinator
 
The Special Education Coordinator provides leadership, guidance, and support to special education programs at Willmar Public Schools. This position plays a key role in shaping special education services, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and supporting the implementation of best practices. The supervisor will collaborate with district administrators, educators, and families to improve student outcomes and enhance program effectiveness.

Location	Kennedy, Lakeland & Roosevelt Elementary Schools
Rate of Pay	Based upon credentials including Education and Experience as per Teacher Master agreement.   Bachelor’s Degree Range: $50,674 to $66,047   Master’s Degree Range: $58,361 to $83,342   Master’s + 40/PhD/PsyS/EdS/EdD Range: $66,047 to $91,029
Hours Per Day	7.5 Hours Per Day
Schedule (Approximately)	7:30am - 3:30pm
Working Days per Year	182 Teacher Work Days, 2025-2026 School Year
