Essential Duties:
- Demonstrate flexibility to accomodate school and student needs
- Instruct curriculum as provided
- Independently and effectively perform all classroom duties
- Monitor appropriate student behavior
- Communicate effectively with students and other staff members
- Maintain a safe and orderly learning environment

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Ability to carry out duties independently with minimal instruction
- Ability to independently instruct and follow lessons as outlined by teacher/instructional assistant
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Stong organizational skills
- Respect and adhere to strict confidentiality policies
- Understand and enforce school rules, regulations, safety policies and procedures
