Q: I am having trouble submitting my application.
A: If you have an existing application, please review your information, as different positions may have different information/upload requirements to submit. If you are not able to submit a new application for a desired position, it may be because additional information is needed. Use the side navigation within your application to be sure you have completed all required fields.
Q: I want to upload more materials after I have submitted my initial application.
A: If the vacancy is still open, and we are still collecting applications, you will be able to update your application. If it is closed, we are in the process of reviewing candidates. You will need to email your supplemental materials to Patty Chapman at chapmanp@victorschools.org.
Q: I have a Victor email address but Frontline isn’t allowing me to create an account.
A: If you are having trouble logging in using your .victorschools.org email address for an account, please use a personal email address for your application and account creation.
Q: I have not heard from the District regarding my application.
A: We review applications on an ongoing basis. If we are interested in scheduling an interview with you, you may be contacted by email (through the Frontline system), or by phone. Please make sure to check your email that you used to register your account.
