  Job Description:

Seeking a dedicated, motivated and experienced cheerleading coach to lead our sideline (Fall/Football Season) and competitive (Winter Season) cheer teams at Lincoln High School. Candidates should have a strong background in cheerleading and commitment to our student athletes. Promoting a program that inspires confidence and teamwork to achieve program goals.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement cheerleading practices, routines and choreography for athletic events and competitions.
· Lead practices and competitions while ensuring safety standards are met.
· Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and positive attitudes among athletes.
· Attend all games, competitions and events as scheduled. · Must be available to attend practices after school, evening games and competitions on the weekend.
· Work closely with the athletic department and parents to ensure the program runs smoothly.
· Organize fundraisers and team events to support the cheer program.

Qualifications:

· Previous coaching experience or participation at the high school, collegiate or competitive level.
· Knowledge of cheerleading techniques, stunting and safety protocols.
· CPR Certified
· Ability to motivate, mentor and inspire athletes.
· Strong leadership and communication skills.
