United Township High School is accepting applications for substitute teachers for the 2024-2025 and 2025-2026 school years.

Applicants must hold either a valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL or ELS) or an Illinois Substitute License (SUB).

Pay Rates
Full Day (4 periods or more) = $120 per day
Long-Term (after 10 consecutive days-1/2 semester) = $140 per day
One semester or more = Pro-rated, based on Lane BA, Step 0 Salary

Join our team this spring as a substitute bilingual paraprofessional! You will assist English learners in classroom and one-on-one settings to be successful in their learning journey.

Work Schedule: 7 hours a day, 5 days a week, on student attendance days for the remainder of the 2024-2025 school year. This is to fill a vacancy due to a long-term absence.

Hourly rate of pay: $23.29 per hour

Must hold valid Illinois paraprofessional license, and be fluent in Spanish and English.
