    Council Grove Junior Senior High School has an opening for a Junior High Science Teacher for the 2025-2026 school year. Applications will be accepted until the position is filled. Applicant must currently hold or expect to hold a Kansas teaching license with the appropriate endorsements.

    Salary is based on the negotiated agreement and determined by educational level and years of experience. Base salary for a beginning teacher with no experience is $44,558 for the 2025-2026 school year.
    USD 417 Board of Education provides a single health insurance policy that includes dental coverage. The BOE also provides a 403(b)-retirement plan to all employees.
