• Develop a rehearsal schedule that outlines dates, times, and locations for each rehearsal.
• Plan for various rehearsal types, including table reads, blocking rehearsals, and run-throughs.
• Organize workdays for students and volunteers to help build and paint the set.
• Schedule fittings for actors to ensure costumes are appropriately sized and tailored.
• Create promotional materials, including posters, programs, and social media posts, to generate excitement about the production.
• Plan outreach strategies to engage the school community and local audience members.
• Support technical rehearsals leading up to the final performance.
