The SRG Grant Site Case Manager will collaborate with school and community partners and document all attempted interventions and outcomes. In addition, on-site school/classroom coaching to students and staff as it relates to social, emotional, behavioral, and academic success and support of district initiatives. This may include supporting Tier II and III Behavioral/Academic/Attendance Intervention Plans. Position is grant funded and will exist as long as the grant is approved.
