DIRECTOR OF ADMISSIONS, Rochester Catholic Schools
The Director of Admissions for Rochester Catholic Schools is responsible for overseeing the recruitment, enrollment, and retention of students within our Catholic school system. This leadership position requires a dynamic individual with a passion for Catholic education, a strong understanding of the admissions process, and the ability to foster relationships with prospective families. The Director of Admissions will manage admissions across our five campuses, including but not limited to organizing events, building relationships with families, and maintaining student enrollment data. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organization and communication skills, a commitment to the values of Catholic education, and a collaborative approach to working with our faculty, staff, and administration team to ensure a diverse and thriving school community.
Application Criteria: The Director of Admissions will have a Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution of higher education. Prior Admissions or recruitment experience is preferred. Experience with marketing initiatives and CRM software is desirable, but not required. The salary range for this position is between $55,000 and $90,000, commensurate with experience.
