    TITLE: Child Care Aide (under 18 years of age) 

     

    QUALIFICATIONS: High school student 

     

    REPORTS TO: Child Care Coordinator

     

    JOB GOAL: Assist the Tiger Time Supervisor 

     

    PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: 

     

    1. Assists with the daily plans and schedule to provide the best educational experience. 

     

    2. Exhibits ability to communicate clearly and respectively with parents/guardians, students,  staff and other district employees and maintain confidentiality. 

     

    3. Maintains a clean, safe environment for the students. 

     

    4. Possesses the behavior management skills necessary to assist in transitioning  students to smaller groups effectively and follows effective behavior/reward programs. 

     

    5. Uses available technology. 

     

    6. Employee is responsible to be knowledgeable about all district policy as well as staff and  parent handbooks. 

     

     
     

    TITLE: Child Care Assistant (18+)

     

    QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma 

     

    REPORTS TO: Child Care Coordinator 

     

    JOB GOAL: Assist the Child Care Coordinator 

     

    PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: 

     

    1. Assists with the daily plans and schedule to provide the best educational experience. 

     

    2. Exhibits ability to communicate clearly and respectively with parents/guardians, students,  staff and other district employees and maintain confidentiality. 

     

    3. Maintains a clean, safe environment for the students. 

     

    4. Maintains accurate records of billing and student attendance. 

     

    5. Possesses the behavior management skills necessary to assist in transitioning  students to smaller groups effectively and follows effective behavior/reward programs. 

     

    6. Individuals must stay current on first aid and CPR information. 

     

    7. Uses available technology. 

     

    8. Employee is responsible to be knowledgeable about all district policy as well as staff and  parent handbooks.
