    Requirements to begin once placed in SHRSD (provided by SHRSD):
    • SHRSD Board of Education approval
    • Criminal History Approval (SHRSD can help with this if it was not done through your college/university)
    • Physical Exam (within 365 days)                        
    • Mantoux Result (within 6 months)                     
    • Emergency Card
    • Health History Form
    • SafeSchool Training
