Please upload to this application a Cover Letter, resume, and recommendation letter.  Also, a copy of your Initial Teaching Certificate (the first certificate issued to you), and all subsequent teaching certificates plus your current Teaching Certificate, all College Transcripts that include your Undergrad transcripts.  Out of State applicants will be asked to collect 3-4 years of the most current past evaluations upon date of hire.  This helps us estimate a placement on the salary schedule.
