Sartell-St. Stephen Community Education is currently looking for Summer Recreational Instructors.

Positions Include:
 
1. Lifeguard/Swim Instructors *certifications required* - variety of hours
2. Afternoon/Evening Summer Rec Instructors (12:45pm-2:15pm & 5:00pm-7:30pm)
3. Tennis Summer Rec Instructors (8:15am-11:30am)
4. 14 year old volunteer program (non-paid position, must be consistent with time and days available)
 

Dates: 
Summer Rec: June 5 - July 25 (no summer rec June 19 or July 1-4) Mondays - Thursdays
Orientation date: June 2 (morning)
Set up Dates: June 3-4 (timing TBD)
*No Fridays or Weekends!*

Wage:  $14/hr or higher (depending on experience)
 

Qualifications:
 
• Must be 15 years old or older (by May 1)
• Previous experience working with school-age children (K-4th grade) is preferred
• Ability to work confidently and responsibly while independent with little supervision
• Ability to be professional with children, school staff, and parents
• Desire and ability to give students an environment conducive to learning and enrichment

Dates: 
June 2 - July 31 (no training the week of July 4)
Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays 7:30am-11:00am

Wage:  $15/hr
 

Qualifications:
 
• Must be 18 years old or older (by May 1)
• Previous experience is preferred
• Ability to work confidently and responsibly while independent with little supervision
• Ability to be professional with students, school staff, and parents
• Desire and ability to give students an environment conducive to learning and enrichment

Currently Hiring:
PreK-12 Special Education Teacher
Times:  4 hours per day - hours vary depending on building and transportation + 8 hours of prep prior to the start of summer school and 8 hours of wrap up at the conclusion of the summer school.

Summer School Student Calendar:
June 9-13, 16-20, 23-27 *No school June 19th

Pay:  This position will be paid at a teacher's actual hourly rate (with a minimum of $35/hr)

Required Qualifications, Education and Experience:
Minnesota Teaching License in the appropriate area
