Position: Teacher Special Education (In-Class Resource) - Middle School - Leave Replacement
Position Summary: Ridgewood Public Schools seeks a leave replacement Special Education teacher for middle school.
Qualifications:
- NJ Teacher of Students with Disabilities or Teacher of the Handicapped Certification
- NJ K-12 Content Certification or 5-8 Content Certification preferred
- Must demonstrate knowledge of Special Education Inclusion
- Must demonstrate independent initiative for professional growth
- Must be able to effectively communicate with teachers, parents, and administrators both verbally and in writing
- Must be able to work collaboratively and have experience maintaining harmonious relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
Start Date: August 27, 2025 - October 31, 2025
Working Conditions: Full-time, temporary teaching assignment for leave of absence, salary and benefits.
