Qualified candidates must hold or be eligible for Washington State Teacher Certification.

The ideal candidate will have strong background and experiences in elementary education, behavior management centered on restorative practices, connected and relational student and family engagement, high collaboration with admin and staff, and strong communication and organizational skills. Paraeducator Minimum Qualifications:
To be eligible for employment, candidates must upload to their application:
1. A copy of their high school diploma AND
2. Documentation of one of the following:
   a. A copy of an official college transcript indicating an AA degree or higher OR
   b. 72 quarter or 48 semester credits earned in 100 level and higher courses OR
