QUALIFICATIONS
Appropriate California Special Education (Moderate/Severe) (Extensive Support Needs; ESN) Teaching Credential with CLAD/CTEL authorization is required. An additional Multiple Subject or Single Subject credential is desirable (Dual credential).

SALARY AND TERMS OF SERVICE
Annual Salary Range: $58,541 to $118,530, with 25 incremental steps. Step placement on the salary schedule is determined by the number of years of prior experience in the position classification within an accredited educational institution. Additionally, column placement on the salary schedule is determined by the number of educational-related post-baccalaureate units earned from a regionally accredited college or university (new hires are not eligible for placement on Column VII in their first year of District employment). Additional compensation of $1,500 per year for Special Education teachers. Additional compensation of $1,500 per year for Master's Degree holders or additional compensation of $2,500 per year for Doctorate Degree holders.The District currently contributes up to $19,793.00 towards family, dental, medical, and vision insurance plans, along with a life insurance plan for the employee.
SELECTION PROCEDURE

As required by California State Law, should you be employed by the district, your fingerprints will be submitted to the Justice Department and the FBI for a background check. Processing fee will be at the applicant’s expense.
