Staff Needed: One (1) Special Funding Program Advisor 
  
Qualifications:
  
• Must hold a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university/college, preferably in accounting or business applications
• Have at least three years of experience in accounting, budgeting, PC applications, and/or GAAP applications
• Ability to establish, manage, and oversee budgets within Federally funded grants and programs
• Coordination of Federally funded grant programs including but not limited to Full Service Community Schools, 21st Century Community Learning Centers, Perkins, etc.
• Willingness to collaborate with Federal, State, and Local education agencies in addition to the Business Office, school administrators, school staff, and school community members
• Knowledge of community partnerships, non-profit organizations, and non-traditional funding streams and resources
• Understanding of accounting, financial audits, Federal fiscal reporting requirements as it pertains to fiscal oversight of the Federally funded grant programs
• Experience in needs assessments and identifying and aligning fiscal resources
• Ability to manage monthly accounting and track invoices, payments, and fiscal activity
• Willingness to attend local and out-of-state conferences as required by grant programs
• Demonstrate initiative, effective organizational skills, and the ability to motivate people
• Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing
• Ability to utilize technology for word processing, spreadsheets, Google Suites, data management information retrieval, video and audio presentations, and telecommunications
 
Salary:      As per negotiated contract
