Staff Needed:  One (1) Coordinator of Academic Services & Special Programs 
  
Qualifications:
  
 
• Have a minimum of two (2) years experience of program planning (preferably with educational programs)
• Have knowledge and experience in managing and supporting budgets (preferably with those tied to state and federal grants)
• Ability to utilize Google Workspace & Microsoft Teams
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing — bilingual preferred
• Knowledge of various educational platforms (ie. NJDOE Homeroom, Infinite Campus, Edumet)
• Familiarity of the NJQSAC process
• Model a growth mindset about new teaching and learning techniques regarding the NJSLS and curricular implementation
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to motivate people
• Excellent interpersonal skills, integrity, and good moral character
• Must be acritical thinker, problem solver and respect others
• Must complete all tasks assigned for a successful programs
 
   
Salary:        As Per Negotiated Contract
