Perform administrative support tasks (e.g., answering telephones, mail handling, filing, faxing, photocopying).
Maintain calendars, coordinate meetings, and monitor day-to-day correspondence.
Type and disseminate correspondence, meeting minutes, and other documentation.
Coordinate and implement recruitment and enrollment activities for Early Childhood Programs, Latchkey and Summer Time Learning opportunities.
Evaluate, design, and monitor systems to process enrollment applications, including determining eligibility and selection criteria.
Organize and maintain record-keeping systems to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal policies and procedures.
Maintain student databases with accurate and relevant information.
Track and assess data related to Early Childhood programs (e.g., student attendance, billing, illnesses).
Prepare reports pertaining to Head Start, GSRP (Great Start Readiness Program), CACFP, billing and other relevant standards.
Support in Licensing Compliance requirements.
Submit the Communicable Disease Report to the Department of Public Health as required.
Collect, maintain, and organize required documents for Early Childhood grants.
Monitor grant-related correspondence, purchase orders, and other program expenditures to ensure compliance.
Work with community agencies and assist in preparing and sharing relevant information with families.
Perform other special assignments as requested by the Supervisor, contributing to the continuous improvement and success of Early Childhood Programs.
Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
