WORK SCHEDULE

Normally evening Shift (1:30 PM to 10 PM with ½ hour unpaid lunch)
 
Some day shift work (6:00 AM to 2:30 PM with ½ hour unpaid lunch)
                     
SALARY

$16.35 per hour   No benefits offered.
                     
QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge of cleaning materials, methods, and equipment used in large public buildings Knowledge of simple maintenance and repair work and the materials and tools required Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with diverse groups Ability to understand and carry out direct instructions Must be able to prioritize work to meet time constraints

Substitute School Nurse (All schools) RNs
                     
SALARY

$30.90 per hour No benefits offered.  Position is "as needed" for daily openings.
                     
JOB DUTIES

Monitoring and caring for students with a vast array of illnesses and conditions, including but not limited to: Diabetes, with and without insulin pumps Routine care of colds, illnesses, allergies (including anaphylactic allergies); Emergency care/injuries/first aid Daily medications Working with mental health and special education staff to assist students with various needs
 
QUALIFICATIONS                                 Must have current CT RN  license and be CPR/AED certified.
                                                               
                                                               Must have at least one year full-time working experience within the               
                                                               last 5 years prior to application.
