
POSITION: TCU Le Center K8 Office Administrative Assistant
LOCATION: TCU in Le Center, MN
Tri-City United Schools serves the communities of Le Center, Lonsdale, & Montgomery
STARTING DATE: 2025-2026 school year, first day of contract is August 11, 2025
PAY RANGE: $18.00 - $22.77 per hour based on qualifications and years of experience
Per the Tri-City United ISD 2905 Master Agreement w/ TCU Support Staff (10-month)
BENEFITS: Insurance, retirement and paid time off
REPORTS TO: Building Principal, Jeff Eppen

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPECTATIONS:
Post High School degree preferred. Clerical experience preferred.
Personal attributes necessary for working within a team setting and creating an inviting and welcoming office environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Applications, spreadsheets, database and electronic file management.
Knows & works well with technology (Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, etc.), email/Chat, & willing to learn our JMC Next-Gen student management system for student attendance, MARSS system for State reporting, DIRS (MDE discipline reporting system)
Coordinate & be onsite for Open House and Parent-Teacher Conferences evenings
Assisting school administration & fellow office staff members, as needed
Maintains confidentiality and professionalism.
Detail oriented, strong organizational skills, and high level of communication skills.
