12-Month Full-time Administrative Position Available
 
 
Preparation:                            Must meet Illinois State Board of Education licensure requirements for certified and administrative positions. The successful candidate must have a minimum of five (5) years teaching experience.
 
Salary & Benefits:              * 260 Day Schedule: 20 Vacation Days, 17 Sick Days, 2 Personal Days.
                                           * Salary Range: $85,000 to $100,000 plus Board paid TRS – Salary placement determined by graduate degree/hours and level of experience.
                                           * Health Benefits: $3,300 HSA Family – Annual Employee Cost: $3,792.51 or $500 PPO Family – Annual Employee Cost: $6,913.98. Insurance plan is the 
                                              same for all district employees.

Help Desk Technician
 
12-Month Full-time Position Available
 
Qualifications:                        
1. Associate’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited institution, or an equivalent combination of relevant training and professional experience.
2. CompTIA A+ Certification preferred.
3. Minimum of two (2) years of progressively responsible experience in IT support, help desk operations, or related technology services.
4. Strong knowledge of computer systems, including the following operating systems: Windows, macOS, iOS, and Chrome OS, as well as peripheral equipment such as printers, scanners, and projectors.
5. Experience managing and supporting Chromebooks, including proficiency with the Google Admin Console, is highly desirable.
6. Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving technical issues through various communication channels, including phone, email, and web-based support systems.
7. Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and quickly learn new systems, applications, and processes.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, professional, and effective technical support.
9. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple service requests efficiently.
 
Salary & Benefits:             
1. Sick Days: Years 1-10: 12 days, Years 11-20: 14 days, 21+: 16 days
2. Vacation Days: First Year: ½ day each month in the first year, Years 2-4: 10 days, Years 5-12: 15 days, Years 13+: 20 days
3. Personal Days: 2
4. Health Benefits: $3,300 HSA Family – Annual Employee Cost: $3,792.51 or $500 PPO Family – Annual Employee Cost: $6,913.98. The insurance plan is the same for all district employees.
5. Hourly Rate: A range from $18 to $20 based upon degree(s) earned and level of experience.
