Occupational & Physical Therapy
Description:
The Lincoln Intermediate Unit 12 is seeking a physical therapist to provide physical therapy and prescribed treatments to Pre-K - 12, special education students. This position requires someone who can collaborate with peers, parents, and school district staff. He/she will be a solid team player, who takes initiative, can work independently and is flexible.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- PT assessments and evaluations
- Developing treatment plans
- Consulting with classroom staff and parents
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required if program of study was completed January 1, 1967 and December 31, 2002
- Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy required if program of study was completed after December 31, 2002
- Valid/current Pennsylvania state license in Physical Therapy
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local special education practices and laws as related to school-based Physical Therapy
Terms of Employment:
Full-time, 188 days
This position is temporary through May 27, 2025
Salary:
LIUEA Pay Scale (Min. $48,157 Bachelor's Degree; Min $53,450 Master's Degree), starting July 1, 2025: Bach. min $59,172.22 Master's min (up to 44 credits) $63,672.22 plus excellent benefits
