    •   Lewis-Palmer School District 38 in Monument, CO, is looking for a Full Time Evening Custodian to beginning immediately at Lewis Palmer High School. Must be able to contribute to a clean, orderly environment suitable for learning. Must be a dependable, flexible and willing to learn new skills and/or perfect current skills. Must have a good work ethic and be a motivated worker while working independently. Must have a positive attitude.

    The typical working hours are Monday through Friday, 2:30pm to 11:00pm during the regular school year, and 7am to 3:30pm during the summer months. Must also be willing and able to work extra hours, as needed, for snow removal, emergencies, or for outside facility rentals.  This is a year-round full time position.

    The starting hourly wage for this position is dependent upon relevant previous experience with a range of $19.65-$21.24. Applications will be reviewed as they are received. This position will be open until filled. This position is eligible for a $1,000 bonus- $500 to be paid after 90 days and $500 paid in March 2026 paycheck.

    All employees are eligible for participation in the Colorado Public Employees Retirement Account, PERA. Full-time employees, employed at least thirty hours per week, of Lewis-Palmer School District are eligible for health insurance plans that include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Lewis-Palmer does provide one plan that is of no cost to the individual. However, employees may choose from a selection of plans that include coverage additional options for individuals, employee plus spouse, employee plus children, and family plans.  Paid leave is accrued in accordance with District policies and afforded to all persons in accordance with Colorado law.
