Lewis-Palmer School District 38, located in Monument, CO, is seeking a full-time School Psychologist beginning with the 2025-2026 school year. Must have, or be eligible to receive a Colorado Special Services Provider license endorsed in School Psychology issued by the Colorado Department of Education. This position will be supporting students across the District at a variety of levels. Must be able to administer assessments, provide direct services to students and to collaborate/consult with staff. Must be a team player. Must have experience/knowledge in working with students ranging in age from Pre-K through 12th grade. Experience developing behavior support plans for students with a variety of emotional and cognitive needs preferred. Knowledge of RTI and CPI a plus. Experience with pro social and affective education skills a plus. Experience with risk assessment process highly preferred. This position is full-time, eligible for our full benefits package. Exact placement on the pay schedule will be determined by the Director of Human Resources upon contracting. As a guideline, we offer up to 17 years of previous contractual teaching experience for a placement of Step 18, per school board policy. This pay range is based on education and experience levels with a range of $44,000-$71,866. The current teacher pay schedule can be found on our website.
