Develop psychological evaluation reports and behavior management plans if LSSP. Conduct and participate in ARD committee meetings and work cooperatively with all personnel to provide appropriate programs for the students with disabilities. Serve as a case manager and implement the special education assessment process for students on assigned campuses. Knowledge of curriculum in grades K through 12 and research based intervention. Knowledge of local, state, and federal rules and regulation pertaining to Special Education. Knowledge of the computerized Special Education software Esped is a plus. Qualifications include Master’s degree from an approved institution. Valid Texas certification as an Educational Diagnostician or valid Texas license as a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (or enrolled in an accredited LSSP Intern program or TSBEP Letter indicating Trainee status).
