  The essential function of the position within the organization is to manage and lead complex District information systems projects from planning through execution, providing management and monitoring of the server and infrastructure environment. The position is responsible for efficiently and accurately planning, defining, and managing the information technology project activities of the District, performing related hands-on management and technical tasks as assigned. The position works under general supervision, independently managing project execution through district project management standards and best practices.

Requirements:
• Degree in a related field, graduation from a certified or technical program, appropriate industry certification. 
• Requires four (4) years project management experience.
• Requires four (4) years Windows Server experience and two (2) years Virtual Machine (VMware) experience.
 
A comparable amount of training, education and/or experience can be substituted for the minimum qualifications.
