Qualifications: 
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Reading, Literacy, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Valid South Carolina teaching certification; Reading Specialist or Literacy Coach endorsement preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of successful teaching experience, preferably in literacy or reading instruction.
• Demonstrated expertise in literacy instruction, assessment, and intervention strategies.
• Strong understanding of South Carolina’s literacy standards and best practices in reading education.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and inspire educators.
• Experience in data analysis and using data to drive instructional decisions.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders.
• Proficient in technology integration and using digital resources to support literacy instruction.
