here PROFESSIONAL EDUCATOR LICENSE WITH EARLY CHILDHOOD SPECIAL EDUCATION, LBS 1, AND EL ENDORSEMENT, REQUIRED.
Qualifications/Skills: Strong knowledge and background in special education instructional strategies and knowledge of child development; Understanding of Individual Education Plans and progress monitoring skills; Excellent communication, verbal and written, for use with families and the educational team; Strong classroom management skills and knowledge of behavior strategies to support students with special needs; Ability to work collaboratively with others on an educational team and support and guide paraprofessionals.
