POSITION (S):                         Refrigeration Mechanic
                                                 Under direction, maintains and repairs refrigeration and/or air conditioning equipment; does related work as required.
 
REQUIREMENTS:                   Three (3) years of experience in work involving a variety of tasks in the maintenance and repair of refrigeration equipment
                                                 used in refrigerating plants and/or for conditioning air and cooling water in buildings.
 
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:    Appointees will be required to possess a driver's license valid in New Jersey only if the operation of a vehicle, rather
                                                than employee mobility, is necessary to perform the essential duties of the position.

                                                 Appointees will be required to possess a valid Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technician Certification of the
                                                 appropriate level, commensurate with the type of equipment serviced, issued under the authority of the Federal Environmental Protection Agency.
