Description of Job:
Ensure the efficient operation of the office and provide clerical services to the High School Principal and office staff.
Work under general supervision and direct the work of clerical employees if assigned.
Handle confidential information and frequent contact with all levels of students.
Maintain accurate records and messages for the campus.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Bilingual preferred but not required
Fingerprinting completed before the first day of work
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Strong public relations and knowledge of school law
Ability to use personal computer and software to develop spreadsheets and databases, and do word processing
Proficient keyboarding, file maintenance, 10-key and phone skills
Ability to meet established deadlines
Salary: “commensurate with experience/qualifications”
