Pay:  $12.12 - 13.43 / hour

Hours are assigned based on seniority and availability.

Shifts Available:
Morning shift: 5:30am - 10:00am
Mid Day shift: 11:00am - 2:00pm 
Evening shifts 5:30pm - 6:30pm 
Saturdays: 11:00am - 2:00pm

Applicants for this position must possess the following criteria:
 
1. American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification (or equivalent); CPR for the Professional Rescuer/AED/First Aid (or equivalent).
2. Skill in lifeguarding surveillance and rescue techniques.
3. Ability to pass a pre-employment lifeguard skill evaluation.
4. Ability to perform various maintenance duties as directed to maintain a clean and safe facility.
5. Excellent interpersonal and human relations skills.
6. Excellent customer service skills.

Schedule:
Monday and Friday / 4:30pm - 7:15pm
Saturday / 8:30am - 11:30am
Seasonal summer hours available as well

Applicants for this position must possess the following criteria:
 
1. American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor Certification (or equivalent); CPR for the Professional Rescuer/AED/First Aid (or equivalent); prefer American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification.
2. Knowledge and understanding with American Red Cross Learn-to-Swim levels and other Red Cross water safety courses preferred.
3. Ability to adapt teaching approaches to the age, experience and ability of participants.
4. Excellent communication skills.
