Individual will be responsible for supporting the efficient and professional operations of the school’s main office. He/she will provide assistance to the Principal, Administrators, Teachers, Staff, Students, and Parents as needed.
Qualifications
Ability to maintain positive relationships with staff, students, parents and the general public that cultivate a positive educational environment
Ability to create a welcoming environment by treating all staff, students, parents and general public with respect and dignity at all times
Proficiency in technology
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Pleasant phone manner
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to multi-task in a faced paced environment with frequent interruptions.
Highly organized and responsive to the requests of administration
