**Job Title:** IT Administrator
**Location:** On-Site (Supporting Five Locations)

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled IT Administrator to manage and maintain core IT services across multiple campuses. This role involves overseeing both hardware and software systems, including Google Workspace, Microsoft Admin Console, and Adobe Admin Console, while providing occasional end-user support and ensuring data security and compliance standards are met.
**Core Responsibilities:**
- Manage and maintain core IT services, including Google Workspace, Adobe Admin Console, and Microsoft Admin Console.
- Oversee Chrome Device management, including updates, new device enrollment, and policy enforcement.
- Administer and update block and allow lists for Google Chrome.
- Monitor and manage GoGuardian for applicable schools.
- Manage Windows devices using Google Credential Provider for Windows (GCPW).
- Maintain and update ADMX policy lists as needed.
- Provide hardware and software troubleshooting across supported platforms.
- Collaborate with network service providers for network-related needs.
**Technical Skills & Experience:**
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, GCP, Cisco Meraki, HP Aruba, Adobe Admin Console, and Microsoft Admin Console.
- Experience managing Chrome and Windows devices, including policy enforcement and device enrollment.
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and virtualization.
**Security & Compliance:**
- Ensure data security and compliance with organizational policies.
- Maintain and enforce IT security standards and best practices.
**Support & Training:**
- Provide occasional end-user support and IT training for staff as needed.
**Project Work:**
- Participate in IT infrastructure upgrades and technology-related projects as required.

**Location & Work Environment:**
- This role is primarily on-site, currently serving five locations and growing.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in IT administration or a similar role.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Certifications such as CompTIA, Google Workspace Administrator, or Microsoft certifications (preferred but not required).
