Summary:
Assist the Summer Fun Club Assistant Manager in the oversight and management of the day-to-day operations of the Summer Fun Club Program.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties would include, but not limited to, the following:
Help the Assistant Manager collect and document important paperwork by deadlines (field trip permission slips, waivers for specific trips, sunblock waivers, medical forms)
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Assist Revenue Program Manager with information to review performance of camp aides.

Education and/or Experience:
Associates degree or three years or more of supervisory/management experience leading a summer camp or childcare program.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Certification is not required.
Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret text. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from parents, colleagues, and the community. Ability to effectively communicate and establish/maintain effective relationships with students, staff and parents.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to work with mathematical concepts, such as probability and statistical inference.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to be self-reflective.
Other Skills and Abilities:
Ability to execute plans and programs based on program objectives and the needs/abilities of students to whom assigned. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, peers, parents, and community. Ability to create a positive working environment. Ability to be self-directed and organize time, space, and materials. Ability to speak clearly and concisely in written or oral communication. Ability to operate photocopying, fax machines, and computers. Ability to assume responsibility for supervising students, understand and carry out oral and written instructions.
