Summer Maintenance SUMMARY Under the general supervision of the District Maintenance employee, the Summer Maintenance worker will assist with all projects assigned to them throughout the District. This is a temporary position running May 26, 2025 – August 16, 2025, pay is $23.57/hour.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS This position reports to the District Maintenance employee.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Successful applicant must be able to work outside in all weather conditions, be able to lift 50lbs, be familiar with common construction tools, have a valid driver's license, be able to pull a trailer and must be willing to work in all 3 towns.
Projects would include, but are not limited to: Lawn irrigation systems, pouring concrete, construction of all kinds, indoor plumbing, painting, some skid steer operation, help with custodial work, and moving classrooms.
This position is 40 hours a week, typically would on a 4-10 schedule but applicant would need to be flexible at times.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE - High School Diploma or Equivalent
