Primary Purpose:
 
• Serve as the Clifton High School Assistant Principal
 
Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
• Master’s degree
• Texas principal certificate
• Texas Teacher Support and Evaluation System (T-TESS) or ability to be certified.
 
Special Knowledge/Skills:
• Knowledge of campus operations.
• Working knowledge of curriculum and instruction
• Ability to evaluate instructional program and teaching effectiveness.
• Ability to implement policy and procedures.
• Ability to interpret data.
• Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, Eduphoria., Ascender and Google.
• Strong interpersonal skills that allow for effective and respectful communication with students, staff, parents, families and community.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Ability to be flexible.
