Position:      Head Coach, Gymnastics - Buffalo High School
Location:     Buffalo High School
Schedule:    3-4 hours/day, 5 days/week, 4 months/year, varying hours with evenings and some weekends, contest schedule & meet nights
Benefits & Rate of Pay:    Per Master Agreement
Beginning:   November 2025

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the program at BHM Schools by conducting practices, attending games/meets/contests and overall administration of the program with focus on player development, team/game/meet strategy, skill and technique development, practice planning and execution, team leadership/management, program development, communication and budget management.  This may involve working with gymnasts of different skill levels, from beginners to elite athletes.   

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Coaching license or coaching minor preferred, not required.
• Coaching experience in the sport.
• Leadership skills & program vision.
• Organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
