  MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:  
 
             Skills and desire to work in a multicultural community;          
             Valid Ohio principal's certificate;
             A Master's degree or higher with emphasis in administration, supervision, and curriculum and instruction;
             Successful experience in classroom teaching, administration and/or supervision;
             Ability to establish positive relationships with students, staff, parents, and community members;
             Skills in leadership, written and oral communication, and long-range planning; and
             Acceptable standards of emotional stability, moral character, and sound health, and physical ability to perform necessary job responsibilities and assigned tasks.
