SUMMARY: Responsible for providing confidential administrative support to an Executive Director, Director, department(s), or administrator(s) in the district’s central administrative departments. Provides administrative support, performs secretarial duties, coordinates and prepares documents, creates and maintains spreadsheets and databases using district information technology systems, and arranges meetings and/or travel for staff.  Provides information to the public regarding department/district policies/procedures. Monitors and completes tasks relating to the department/office(s) budget.

Job Tasks Descriptions:
1. Provide administrative support for a department(s) or administrator(s). Performs secretarial duties (related to department/office-specific information and needs) including, but not limited to: handling phone calls, screening and directing to appropriate person; answering inquiries, following through on requests and solving non-routine problems; screening visitors; scheduling appointments; maintaining calendars and filing systems; opens and distributes mail; handles faxes; retrieves and distributes e-mail; prepares, composes, processes, and distributes correspondence, documents, or other printed information to parents, department and/or district staff, and the community; coordinates and arranges meetings, conferences, workshops, and special events; prepares agendas and announcements; takes and publishes minutes; coordinates meeting dates; arranges rooms; outlines room set-up including AV equipment; orders refreshments; informs attendees; compiles survey and evaluation data if needed; and orders office supplies. Coordinates travel reservations for staff. Facilitates communication between department(s) and/or district teams. Ensures that legal notices are published in compliance with the law. Serves as department/office contact for parents, students, staff, third-party stakeholders, and the community for department/district issues, policies, procedures, and resources. Provides customer service support for departments and/or schools.

2. Organize, coordinate, document, monitor, assist with, and/or train others on department/office-specific projects, programs, assets, and processes, while ensuring deadlines are met. Anticipate and develop new systems and procedures as needed. Attend meetings with internal and external stakeholders regarding department/office-specific procedures and follow-up. 

3. Updates, maintains, extracts, and/or inputs data into complex district databases, spreadsheets, and filing systems. Maintains data in external database as required by department/office needs. Gathers, compiles, synthesizes, analyzes, writes and formats reports, forms, submissions, and other requested data through the use of district information technology systems. Distributes reports to internal/external stakeholders.

4. Responsible for creating, preparing, and verifying reports used for billing and invoicing charges in the district financial system and distributes copies to the appropriate departments. Monitors annual budget, purchases items, generates purchase orders, completes vouchers, manages purchasing card accounts and transactions, pays invoices, prepares and processes billing for internal/external customers and department services. Prepares and maintains related files, records, and reports. Monitors department accounts to ensure expenses are paid from the correct accounts.  May authorize and transfer budgets or maintain the office cash fund.

5. May be responsible for approval, verification, validating, and approving reported time in district time and labor system.  May prepare and analyze time and labor reports and complete paperwork for payment of stipends and/or other pay.  

6. Prepares, proofreads, and coordinates the preparation of documents.  Gathers information or articles.  Designs formats, charts, and layouts.  Creates, manages, and maintains multimedia presentations.  Types or arranges for typing.  Prints or arranges for printing.  Assembles information for distribution.  Prepares, transcribes, processes, and archives a variety of legal documents. May be required to notarize a variety of department/office-specific documents. Maintains files of legal and confidential documents.  

7. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE: 
• High school diploma or equivalent. 
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in administrative support such as office and secretarial work, word processing, or bookkeeping.

LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS or CERTIFICATIONS:

3. Prepares and sells concession items to stadium patrons; counts and prepares pre and post event inventory of concession items.   Makes note of any maintenance needed in the concession area.  Ensures lead operator or administrator is aware of needed supplies and/or maintenance issues.

SUMMARY:  The Project Coordinator role provides project management, operational, and administrative support to the project team and project managers. The role will focus on specific deliverables, parts of projects, and/or sub-projects with scheduling, organizing, data gathering, progress updating, recordkeeping, reporting and ensuring data quality. The IT Project coordinator facilitates vendor access to district sites, reviews vendor work products, ensures compliance with technical guidelines, and troubleshoots installation issues in support of project managers. This position requires proactive multitasking and coordination across a diverse set of teams, stakeholder groups, and departments.  

1.    Ensure that vendors can access the worksite during scheduled work times. Train contractors in, and follow standard operating procedures for inside delivery, logistics, asset tracking, etc. so that all equipment, inventory, and assets are well-tracked.
2.    Provide high-quality communication, customer service, and coordination between schools and the district team (IT, construction, and contractors). Serve as the main point of contact between project teams and stakeholders. Facilitate communication among team members, ensuring all parties are informed of project status and updates.
3.    Responsible for managing, customizing, and configuring spreadsheets, databases, and reports related to federal compliance, project delivery, and financial management.
4.    Assist project managers in maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and risk logs. Track and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays. Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
5.    Attend project update meetings with IT, Construction, and other departments and actively work on learning the context and knowledge around each project, and keeping up with the latest changes.
6.    Assist in coordinating resources, including personnel, equipment, and software. Monitor project budgets and expenditures, generate purchase orders, process invoices, and prepare and process billing for internal/external customers for department services. Help manage project-related procurement and contracts.

EDUCATION AND RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE:
•    Associate’s Degree in related area.  Two (2) additional years of similar or relevant experience may be substituted for this requirement.
•    Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or project management preferred.
•    At least two years of experience in project coordination or project delivery, preferably in an IT or technical environment.

3. Provide estimates on materials and labor for small remodel projects.  Perform walk through inspections of new construction and renovation projects in tandem with Construction and Facilities Development (CFD) staff.  Work with CFD in the design stage of new projects to address carpentry concerns.  Provide assistance to other employees as needed; including assisting with snow removal as needed. oversee subcontracted technician to ensure proper quality

SUMMARY:  Construct, erect, install, renovate, and repair district buildings, equipment and furnishings.  Perform multi-trade functions to include carpentry, cabinetry, drywall, flooring, roofing, doors and windows.  Perform minor welding and concrete work.  Review building blueprints, sketches and building plans for construction.  Prepares estimates, orders and schedules work for special projects and subcontractors.  Respond to departmental emergencies.

1. Construct, erect, install, relocate, remove and/or repair district buildings, equipment and furnishings.  Specific duties include repairing walls including masonry, tile, siding, drywall, basketball motors, bleachers, mat hoist and various coverings; doors; flooring, cabinetry, countertops, shelving, glazing and casework.  Repair and maintain gymnasiums and equipment, lockers, ramps, stairs, and other district equipment.  Repair and maintain specialty items such as suspended ceilings and operable/moveable walls.  
2. Perform preventative maintenance to buildings and their equipment and furnishings.
3. Provide estimates on materials and labor for small remodel projects.  Perform walk through inspections of new construction and renovation projects in tandem with Construction and Facilities Development (CFD) staff.  Work with CFD in the design stage of new projects to address carpentry concerns.  Provide assistance to other employees as needed; including assisting with snow removal as needed. oversee subcontracted technician to ensure proper quality
4. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE:
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Vocational school or short term courses in general construction preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in rough and finish carpentry, cabinetry, flooring and drywall.

1.    Analyze and troubleshoot issues in kitchen appliance equipment. Performing installations, rebuilds, adjustments, and replacements to ensure proper operation. Conduct regular safety inspections and maintenance checks to ensure equipment meets safety standards. Duties involve working with various kitchen appliances including steamers, convection ovens, dishwashers, booster heaters, and warmers, exhaust hoods, serving lines, and ice machines, as well as handling components such as bearings, motors, heat exchangers, boilers, exhaust systems, and chillers. Oversee and manage the installation and commissioning of new kitchen setups and equipment.
2.  Responsible for performing major and minor repairs, as well as preventative and corrective maintenance, on kitchen equipment and commercial kitchen appliances. This includes repairing and maintaining all low voltage, equipment voltage, and control voltage systems. The technician must coordinate and prioritize repair tasks to ensure timely responses and minimize downtime. Additionally, the role involves responding to emergencies within the building during scheduled hours.
3.  Participate in formal procurement processes for large kitchen equipment and small wares as needed. Perform site visits prior to procurement process to ensure accurate equipment are met, partner with additional trades to ensure electrical and plumbing requirements are met, district energy protocols are followed, and provide equipment spec recommendations.
4.  Order and maintain inventory of appliance parts as needed. Adhere to budget constraints, ensuring cost-effective maintenance and procurement practices, following all state and federal procurement processes for acquiring parts. Track work orders using district approved software and communicate equipment repair status and/or replacement costs to appropriate personnel as needed.
5.  Responsible for attending new equipment training. Train staff and demonstrate proper safe use and operation of equipment to staff. Identify and correct unsafe conditions and practices. Identify, document and notify supervisors of damage, abuse and negligent use of equipment.
6.  Assist in management of warranties.
7.  Perform other duties as assigned.


EDUCATION AND RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE:
•  High school diploma or equivalent.
• Courses in kitchen commercial appliance repair and preventative maintenance preferred.

SUMMARY: Facilitate all communication, spoken and/or signed between Deaf/Hard of Hearing students, hearing staff and of hearing students, by using a manual code of communication appropriate for correct register of a Deaf adult. Provide information to hearing staff and students to assist in better understanding the needs of Deaf/Hard of Hearing staff. This position is responsible for providing the employee interpreting services to deaf/hard of hearing employees.

Job Tasks Descriptions
1.    Interpret and/or transliterate all academic instruction, films, assemblies, conferences, staff meetings, individualized education plan meetings, field trips, extra-curricular activities and support services in and out of the classroom for Deaf/Hard of Hearing adult(s).  When voicing for Deaf/Hard of Hearing adult(s) and/or Deaf/Hard of Hearing student(s), exhibit a good range of sophisticated vocabulary; native like  expression, and infrequent use of circumlocution. Use clear articulation with consistent pronunciation, intonation, and affect to sound like native speaker. Have strong command of grammatical structure and evidence of command of complex instruction for complete comprehension. Speech is effortless and smooth; rate and production approach that of a native speaker comfortably.  
Interpret: the process of changing spoken English into the preferred manual mode of communication for the Deaf/Hard of Hearing adult, or vice versa.
Transliterate: the process of changing spoken English into a manual communication mode that maintains the grammar and syntax of the English language, or vice versa. 
Translate: the process of interpreting the spoken English preferred manual mode of communication into spoken English, or vice versa.
2.    When voicing for a deaf adult include a high-level of equivalence between the source language and the target language. Produce signs accurately, both structurally and conceptually, with a wide range of well-chosen vocabulary. Convey a wide range of grammatical structures (conditionals, RHQs, etc.); ability to use complete and complex sentences with correct syntax.  Production should be smooth and fluid with few to no hesitations, while pausing where appropriate. When signing for a Deaf/Hard of Hearing adult ensure signing space is appropriate; clear establishment and use of referents; excellent use of spatial aspects of expansion feature. Production should be smooth and fluid with few to no hesitations, while pausing where appropriate. Provide Deaf/Hard of Hearing adult with a distinct set of formative linguistic, cultural, and life experiences that enables a balanced interaction via a wide range of visual language and communication. Promote positive public relations between Deaf education program, the school, and the community.
3.    Possess the ability to quickly learn and implement new and changing academics and special education terminologies and being able to interpret fluently in both the preferred manual mode of communication for the Deaf/Hard of Hearing adult and spoken English. Have the knowledge, diversity of culture, and skill required to prepare for each interpreting assignment, including knowledge needed to assist in setting up an environment that is conducive to meeting the communication needs of both the hearing and Deaf/Hard of Hearing participants. The ability to maintain a flexible work schedule, to meet the demands at the determined school site. Maintain, as applicable, compliance with any national, state, or local licensure and/or certification requirements.  Understand the importance of confidentiality and only share confidential information when authorized and/or on a need to know basis. Interpret standards and policies, regulations, and the RID Code of Professional Conduct.
4.    During times when a staff member does not need an interpreter, assist and support students who are deaf or hard of hearing, which may include the following. Interpret and/or transliterate all academic instruction, films, assemblies, conferences, staff meetings, field trips, extra-curricular activities and support services in and out of the classroom. Assist Deaf/hard of hearing students to understand the interactions, jokes, word plays, or other students. Interpret and/or transliterate social interactions between Deaf/Hard of Hearing students, hearing staff, and students (e.g. field trips, extra-curricular activities and programs). Interpret: the process of changing the spoken English into a manual mode of conversation preferred by the consumer, or vice versa. Transliterate the process of changing spoken English into a manual communication mode that maintains the grammar and syntax of the English language, or vice versa.  
5.    Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE:
-    Degree from an Interpreter Preparation Program (IPP) (Associates or Bachelors as required by IPP).
-    Proficient in use of Conceptually Accurate Signed English (CASE)/Pidgin Signed English (PSE), and/or American Sign Language (ASL).
-    One (1) year of experience preferred.

LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS or CERTIFICATIONS:
-    Criminal background check required for hire.
-    Educational Interpreter Performance Assessment (EIPA) 3.5 or above, authorization may be considered.
-    Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (RID) Certificate of Interpretation, and/or National Interpreter Certification (NIC), and/or Board for Evaluation of Interpreters (BEI) required.

SUMMARY: Provide occupational therapy services to children in the school setting under the direction of registered occupational therapist (O.T.R.).

1.    Provide occupational therapy services to students by direct or consultation to address range of motion, sensory strategies and techniques, fine and gross motor activities as related to IEP goals under the supervision of an OTR.
2.    Document data into the Individual Education Plan (IEP) through the use of district information technology systems. Maintain progress monitoring systems.  Read and respond to email.
3.    Consult and collaborate with teachers and teams by suggesting ideas for classroom interventions.  Train paraprofessionals as needed. Drive between schools as necessary.
4.    Prepare and plan for groups or individual sessions.
5.    Collaborate with OTR on a regular basis.  Complete Medicaid documentation
6.    Attend OT/PT professional learning meetings.  Order therapy equipment as directed.  Participate in continuing education courses or ongoing district professional development.  
7.    Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE:
-    Associates degree or two-year college certificate in occupational therapy assistant program.
-   No experience required; experience preferred in working with special needs children, working with typical children and/or rehabilitation experience.

LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS or CERTIFICATIONS:
-   Criminal background check required for hire.
-   Valid occupational therapy assistant licensure with NBCOT
-   Valid Colorado driver’s license.
