  •   What You'll be Doing:
    • Oversee maintenance, repairs, improvements, and compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
    • Develop and implement maintenance programs and cleaning schedules to ensure efficient facility operations.
    • Manage the department's budget, purchasing, and inventory of maintenance and custodial supplies.
    • Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
    • Develop safety protocols, train staff, and respond to facility-related emergencies.
    • Collaborate on construction projects, ensuring completion on time and within budget, while providing regular updates to stakeholders.

    What We Offer:
    • Salary: $94,484 - $112,818
    • M/D/V insurance, Life insurance, Retirement benefits, Paid sick leave and Paid time off and/or vacation.

    Job Details: 
    • Working days: 5 days per week / 260 days per year
    • Hours per day: 8 hours
    • Work hours will vary due to demands, including evening and weekend work as required to address emergencies or complete projects.

    What You'll Need:
    • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
    • Experience: Job related experience is preferred, with a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience. A background in general maintenance is required. Familiarity with building systems, construction practices, and custodial operations is required. Strong proficiency in budgeting and resource allocation is also necessary.

    Work Environment

    The usual and customary methods of performing the job's functions require the following physical demands: significant lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling, some climbing and balancing, significant stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling and significant fine finger dexterity. Generally the job requires 5% sitting, 75% walking, and 20% standing. The job is performed under minimal temperature variations and under conditions with some exposure to risk of injury and/or illness.
