• Currently, this position provides support to students who have needs, which limit their participation in the general education class to less than 40% of the time. This position will provide an opportunity to create individualized programming to optimize instruction and focus on the growth of students who have more significant needs.
• This position addresses current student needs at specific schools. If the current school should experience a change in student needs, the individuals filling these positions may be required to change locations to another school where needs are demonstrated. This could occur at any time during the school year.

  Required Qualifications:   
• Bachelor's (Baccalaureate) degree (e.g., B.A., A.B., B.S.), meets subject, grade level, and/or content area qualifications consistent with Colorado Department of Education and Cheyenne Mountain District 12 requirements
• Must possess or be eligible for a Special Education Generalist License (5-21) or Endorsement
• Criminal background check required for hire

  Workdays Per Year: 182 

  Salary:                         
      $50,150 - $77,012                                 
      Licensed Salary Schedule                                     
      Salary based on education and experience
      Full-time benefits apply
