The Zeeland Board of Education is seeking a relational, student-focused leader to serve as the
next Superintendent of Zeeland Public Schools (ZPS) beginning July 1, 2025. This search is being
conducted in partnership with the Michigan Association of School Boards (MASB), with Dr. Rod
Green serving as the lead consultant.

Located in the heart of West Michigan, Zeeland is a close-knit, hard-working community known
for its strong traditions, growing industries, and deep commitment to family and education. With
more than 6,000 students and a general fund budget of $97 million, Zeeland Public Schools is a

Salary and Contract Information
The District will offer a competitive wage and benefit package (salary/annuity range $200,000 to
$250,000) that reflects the experience and education of the candidate chosen as the next
Superintendent.
