    1. Skilled in observing child behavior and monitoring learning progress.

     

    1. Skilled in problem-solving and decision-making.

     

    1. Skilled in the use of technology for instruction and management tasks.

     

    1. Demonstrates good oral and written communication skills.

     

    1. Follows all laws, rules, regulations, and school district policies that pertain to the program.
