Service Personnel
 
Position Title: Temporary Full Time Bus Operator: Orchard area Peterstown to Peterstown School, Woodson Rd., Pine Grove/Bunker Hill Rd, 219 to JMHS
 
Job Description:
 
· Supervision of all passengers; make his/her assigned run daily reporting any deviation from his/her assigned run to proper authorities.
 
· Comply with WV School Transportation Regulations and Monroe County School Transportation Policy.
 
· Report any accident, incident, break-downs or disciplinary problems or any other problem(s) to proper authority as soon as possible (must fill out disciplinary forms provided by board).
 
· Maintain positive work habits; perform duties efficiently and productively; maintain and/or upgrade skills.
 
Qualifications:
 
· Must hold bus operator licensure which includes a valid First Aid Card, CPR Card, and qualify for the B Part of the Commercial Driver’s License; High School graduate or GED equivalent; physically fit, according to WV School Transportation Regulations; satisfactory driving record with WV Dept. of Safety and all qualifications set forth in WV School Transportation Regulations.
 
Effective Date/Salary: Base Salary $26,690 (immediately upon hire)
 
Salary based on experience and education level per Monroe County BOE salary schedule plus competitive benefits package equal to approximately 35% of direct compensation.

Position Title:                       
• Temporary Full-Time Custodian, Morning Shift
• James Monroe High School
 
Job Description:                   
• Keep buildings and grounds clean and free of refuse/debris;
• operate heating or cooling system;
• make minor repairs;
• develop and implement with the principal a daily work schedule that maintains buildings and grounds in a clean and sanitary condition and addresses odors, particularly in the restrooms;
• develop and implement with the principal a schedule of preventative maintenance for buildings and equipment;
• submit a written daily log of problem areas within the building or on the grounds that are of a custodial or maintenance nature.  This log includes problems with equipment, cleaning, sanitation, maintaining an odor free environment, and/or pest infestation;
• maintain record of supplies and order sufficient amount that maintains a two-week supply as a minimum;
• maintain positive work habits;
• perform duties efficiently and productively;
• maintain and/or upgrade skills;
• perform any and all other job related duties as assigned by the school principal and superintendent.
 
Qualifications:                      
• High school graduate or GED equivalent
• Must have passed state custodial test
 
Salary                                    
• $32,028 yearly for 240 days (Salary based on experience and education level per Monroe County BOE salary schedule plus competitive benefits package equal to approximately 35% of direct compensation.)
 
Effective Date:                      
• Upon hire, until regular employee returns to work or change in status.
