Position: Math Lab Teacher (1.0 FTE)
Location: Weston High School
Qualifications
Valid Connecticut certification with endorsement #029
Master’s degree from an accredited institution
Experience working with high school students in math intervention, instruction, or tutoring
Strong working knowledge of Pre-Algebra through Calculus, including AP-level concepts
Ability to collaborate effectively with faculty, MTSS teams, and student support staff
Ability to differentiate instruction and support a variety of learners
Familiarity with digital tools in math, including Desmos, graphing calculators, online learning platforms
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Work Year: 187 days
Reports To: Building Principal
Terms of Employment: as established by the bargaining agreement between the Board of Education and the Weston Teachers’ Association
Availability: August 21, 2025
